Prize draw rules for Norfolkline and Sunparks “Win Short Break” Competition (March 2010)
Participation
1.1. Entry in this competition implies acceptance of the following rules.
1.2. This competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over except employees of Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions, Norfolkline ferries and it’s agencies, Sunparks Holiday Villages, Center Parcs, employees of any radio station confirmed to run the competition and their families and friends and agencies and persons connected in any way with the organisation & promotion of this competition. Residents of other countries are excluded from entry.
1.3. Entries must be received by the closing date of the competition (as specified by the radio station). No entries will be accepted after this time.
Entries
2.1. Entrant must be a UK resident aged 18 or over
2.2. Entries are limited to one entry per household and once a prize has been won, the entry in question will be removed from the prize-draw.
2.3. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
2.4. NBTC does not accept responsibility for non-receipt or loss of entries.
2.5. All entries become the absolute property of NBTC
2.6. Entrants agree that their name and entry is published by NBTC on http://www.holland.com/ by Norfolkline on www.Norfolkline.com and by Sunparks on www.sunparks.co.uk and the entrant may be asked to take part in post-competition publicity.
2.7. No purchase necessary.
The draw
3.1. No correspondence will be entered into, apart from point 3.2. below.
3.2. Prize winners will be notified by NBTC by telephone/e-mail/post within 3 weeks of winning the prize (prize-draw ends 31 March 2010). Names available upon request.
3.3. NBTC reserves the right to amend these prize draw rules at any time, without prior notification.
3.4. The winners will be drawn at random.
Prizes
4.1. No purchase is necessary.
4.2. The prize is a short break with a value of approximately £750 and will include crossings with Norfolkline for 4 persons and with their own car and a stay for up to 4 persons in a villa at a Sunparks holiday village for 3 nights (choice of North Holland resort, near Amsterdam or Limburg resort near Maastricht) (subject to availability). Each competition winner should travel will their own car. No ground transport will be provided.
4.3. The prize does not include petrol or any alternative or additional transport requirements.
4.4. NBTC reserves the right to change the prize to a prize of equal value, should circumstances require this. No cash alternatives will be offered in whole or in part for any prizes offered.
4.5. Travel prize is subject to date restrictions, availability and restricted space. Limited availability during public holiday and festive periods. Additional terms and conditions may apply for Sunparks holiday villages.
4.6. When dates of travel have been confirmed by the winner and a hence booking made by/on behalf of the NBTC, then these dates, names, or the prize cannot be altered in anyway. If the winner cannot/chooses not to travel on the dates he/she confirmed, then the prize will become void.
General
5.1. Personal details will not be passed onto third parties or other organisations without prior permission of the entrants, with the exception of cases where this is essential for the progress of the competition entered into.
5.2. These Prize Draw Rules are governed by the laws of Holland.

Norfolkline - Terms & Conditions:
1. By making a competition entry, the reader will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to be bound by them.
2. This competition is valid for travel up to 10th December 2010, subject to availability. The competition prize is subject to Norfolkline normal conditions of carriage and availability. For Dover to Dunkirk the prize is for a return crossing for a car and 4 persons.
3. All entries and travel must originate in UK.
4. All tickets in connection with the competition are non-exchangeable and may not be transferred to third parties. In the event of cancellation by winners, for whatever reason, no alternative need be given. Once the booking is confirmed reservations may not be changed. All other expenses associated with taking the trip shall be the responsibility of the winner.
5. Norfolkline will not be liable for passengers failing to make the departure times indicated on their tickets.
6. Passengers must ensure they comply in full with all relevant customs and immigration requirements, including the appropriate passport and visa requirements. Passengers are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
7. Norfolkline Ferries will not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, acts of God, supervening legislation or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
